Thoroughly cleanse, tone and moisturise your face, remembering to use an exfoliator to clear away the dead skin cells.Soak in a relaxing bath and use a body brush or scrub to clear dead skin cells. Wash your hair in a good shampoo and, if it’s been chemically treated or tends to be dry anyway, give it a conditioning treatment which you leave on for 15 minutes or so before washing it out.
